深空探测具有时延长、运动速度大以及信号强度低的技术难点。在对上述技术难点进 行分析的基础上,提出了对深空动态模拟的解决办法:通过利用闭环双口RAM来解决模拟时 延较长的问题;改变读出双口RAM数据的速率来模拟卫星的运动速度;控制数控衰减器来模 拟深空的信号强度。实际的工程应用证明上述实现方法有效可行。  相似文献

In this study we propose a mathematical definition of the consumption efficiency of multi-attribute products in the price–quality space. A new model, the discrete Range Adjusted Measure (RAM) model, is suggested as an empirical tool to measure the level of consumption efficiency. We further discuss the effect of consumption efficiency on the innovation incentive. Empirical work is made for the mobile phone market. We expect that the consumption efficiency concept will contribute to the extension of the traditional framework of production efficiency analysis on the one hand and to the understanding of the nature of innovation in a technology-intensive market on the other hand.JEL Classification: C67, D11, D12, D21  相似文献

Maintenance policies applied to aircrafts are governed by a mix of airworthiness authorities’ regulations and choices of suppliers and users. This allows airlines to use different strategies to minimize the total costs of maintenance. In this paper, a new approach that integrates the failure and reparation processes, such as modelling, optimization algorithms, and simulation methods, is proposed to define the best maintenance strategies for complex systems.A case study of an airline carrier is presented. In particular, several critical components for the A320 aircraft family are considered. The impact of the spare parts inventory management is discussed. Different preventive maintenance policies are tested and simulated. With the new policies, the average availability of the aircraft is satisfactory and the total annual cost is reduced to a value of approximately 20% in comparison with the previous policies adopted by the company.  相似文献

Radial measures of efficiency estimated using linear programming (LP) methods can be biased since slack in the constraints defining the technology suggests that at least one input can be reduced, or one output can be expanded, even though a firm is deemed to be “technically efficient.” In this paper, we propose a directional slacks-based measure of technical inefficiency to account for the potential of slack in technological constraints. When no such slacks exist, directional slacks-based inefficiency collapses to the directional technology distance function. Our proposed measure helps to generalize some of the existing slacks-based measures of inefficiency. We examine the financial services provided by Japanese cooperative Shinkin banks, and estimate their inefficiency during the period 2002–2005. This inefficiency declined slightly during the period. We thus propose that slack is an important source of inefficiency which is often not captured by the directional technology distance function.  相似文献

交易成本过高是中国企业面临的巨大挑战,努力降低交易成本是中国企业必须解决的问题。本文从实证研究和原因分析两个方面论证了中国企业交易成本过高这一事实。从微观层面来说,诚信缺失是造成中国企业交易成本过高的主要原因,而诸如战略联盟、产业集群、供应链整合等可以扩大企业边界的中间组织是降低中国企业交易成本过高的主要形式,因为这些中间组织的共同特征是, 通过企业间的多种形式的合作,可以减少交易的不确定性和机会主义行为,从而降低交易成本。  相似文献
